Looking forward to the class of 2030!!!
5th grade literature fun!
Take a look at these pictures of the 5th graders at doing their stations following the reading of the novel Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes. The students immersed themselves in the Japanese culture! Two of the stations were led by Alice on how to write Haiku poems and Vivienne on how to make hand rolls. Such a great unit! #bethanyproud #Sent2Serve

Congrats to our 8th grade parents on a great volleyball season!

Praise God for Miss Hohn's Baptism!!
Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow! We couldn't be happier to share with you the joyful news that Miss Honn, our 3rd grade student teacher was baptized in chapel today! It was a truly meaningful day since for the first time all year, our entire Kindergarten - 8th grade classes were all in the sanctuary, worshipping together. This was the first time since March of 2020 that we could all be together again as a family. What a glorious day, and we give all the praise to our Father for His good gifts. #bethanyproud #Sent2Serve
This picture was taken moments before her baptism.
We're here for the CHICKS!
All things chicks in Kindergarten! Today is a “chick peep experiment.” We are also hatching chicks, learning about chick life cycles, “chick and salsa” art projects and much more! #bethanyproud #Sent2Serve

3rd Grade Writer's Tea 2021
Congratulations to our 3rd grade students on a very successful Writer's Tea! They read, researched, and re-created a figure in history, while presenting a 3 - 5 minute speech to teach others. As an added bonus, our parents were able to come and see it in person! We are so #bethanyproud of you all! #Sent2Serve

The Last Supper (in the eyes of a Kindergartner)
In the eyes of a child...In this sweet drawing, Jesus is celebrating the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday. Maundy Thursday or Holy Thursday is the Christian holy day falling on the Thursday before Easter. It commemorates the Washing of the Feet and Last Supper of Jesus Christ with the Apostles, as described in the canonical gospels. It is the fifth day of Holy Week, followed by Good Friday. We will be open for worship at 6 PM. Join us! #bethanyproud #Sent2Serve
Thankful Tag
With K-2, we played "Thankful Tag." When they were tagged, they needed to come to the whiteboard and say a reason why they were thankful to be able to attend Bethany, which would allow them back into the tag game. These answers are priceless! #bethanyproud #Sent2Serve
An end of an era for these eighth grade parents....
Congratulations to our 8th graders and their parents! We've sure enjoyed watching you play basketball over the years and we pray for many wonderful days ahead. Bethany Lutheran School Naperville, IL #bethanyproud #Sent2Serve
We love having the Lutheran Church Charity Comfort Dogs here!
442 pounds of food for the West Suburban Food Pantry!
Our families collected over 440 pounds of food and personal care items for the West Suburban Pantry. As a prize, 2 lucky students got to "pie" Principal Dunwell and Mr. Zorena! The entire school gathered outside to watch the fun. We were so happy to bless others since we ourselves have been so blessed. We hope you enjoy this fun picture! #bethanyproud #SentToServe
Everyone needs a little grace
