Visit Bethany

  • Set up a tour with Linda Fox.

  • Please gather copies of report cards, standardized testing results, any evaluations for academic or emotional assistance, and any other pertinent school information or records

  • Children are not required to be present at the initial tour, but enrollment will not be considered complete until Preschool students meet with the Admissions Director and/or School Administrator/Principal and Kindergarten - 8th Grade students will meet with the principal and classroom teacher.

Apply for Admission 

  • Eligible families will be invited to fill out the Application and subsequent Enrollment profile through FACTS.

  • Pay the non-refundable enrollment fee.

  • Items to return with your application include Birth Certificate and Medical form with immunizations (Other medical forms may be required.)

Set up a Shadow Day (Kindergarten - 8th Grade)

  • Shadow Days can be full-day or half-day for Kindergarten and 1st grade students, and will be full-day for 2nd - 8th graders. They will take place in April & May.

  • Kindergarten - 3rd Grade students will have an informal observation/assessment with the classroom teacher during their shadow day.

  • 4th - 8th Grade students will take a computerized Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) test for Reading and Math, if needed

  • Official decisions will be sent via email.
