We practiced being adults and using the grocery ads to plan meals! We worked in groups of 3 and divided up who was taking what meal. We planned foods for each food group and rated how healthy our meal was.
Over the next several days, choose:
1 breakfast
1 lunch
1 dinner
1 snack
and write down what you eat and what food group its from. Then, add up the number of servings you had from EACH food group and enter your totals here. Please turn in responses by 8:20am, Monday, 10/1.

We practiced making long vowel words that end in silent e with the game “Cake Maker”.
We practiced writing complete sentences using an activity called 2 Facts and a Fib. At each station we had to write 2 fact sentences and 1 fib sentence about the poster. Then we got to have a fib-finding friend find each of our fib sentences!
We enjoyed exploring and building with pattern blocks, all while learning the names of the shapes and telling what we like about each other's designs to practice using the shape names.
