About Our Curriculum

Bethany Lutheran provides Early Childhood Programs for children ages 2 through Kindergarten.  We understand your child’s needs and your schedules can vary throughout the year.  That’s why we offer many different sessions for enrichment while maintaining the integrity of our curriculum.  Although the schedules vary, each of our classes is warm and welcoming and a place where love, forgiveness, grace, and compassion are in everything we do! Our Preschool uses a Christ-centered, developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets and exceeds the Illinois Early Learning Standards.

In our safe and nurturing environment, caring teachers help educate the whole child: spiritual, social, emotional, physical.  Our theme-based curriculum provides opportunities for student driven learning, problem-solving, skill development, creative expression, outdoor exploration, and self regulation.
