About Athletics at Bethany

At BLCS, the home of the Royals, our sports program offers a variety of opportunities to discover, develop, and improve athletic abilities while learning principles of duty, teamwork, and integrity. Our focus is not on the wins and losses, but rather on giving God glory in all that we do.

All sports are offered in grades 5-8, with both track and cross country beginning in 4th grade. Our teams have won many state championships and we are excited for more to come! In 2023 - 2024, our Boys Cross Country team won the Lutheran Sports Association State Championship and finished 2nd in Nationals! Our Boys Volleyball Team won the LSA State Championship. Lastly our Boys Track & Field Team finished 3rd in the State. It was a wonderful year. Go Royals!
