Bethany's Hot Lunch provider: Pancake Cafe’
Pancake Café has been serving our community for over 30 years and has built a reputation of serving high quality meals with fresh ingredients.
The same high quality and fresh ingredients we serve in their restaurant will be used in preparing your child’s lunch: 100% angus beef cheeseburgers with Wisconsin cheese, oven roasted turkey wraps, 100% white meat chicken nuggets, house-made mac & cheese, chocolate chip pancakes made from scratch, etc. Feel confident that all entrees are peanut-free*. All meals will be individually packaged and prepared at the restaurant and we will provide daily. On most daily featured entrées, they will offer a gluten free version.
This year, Bethany is excited to use Pancake Cafe's online ordering system. It's a clear and easy-to-use ordering program that will keep our hot lunch offerings organized and cost efficient. A big thank you to Pancake Café for providing fresh, delicious meal options for our K-8 students!
Hot lunch orders are due August 13th, so please be sure to get your account made and orders processed asap!
Follow the steps below to begin your lunch order(s)!
1. Create an account on Pancake Cafe's website. Once you receive your account verification (approval), you are ready to start ordering!
2. Place your order by logging into the website, then select "School Lunches" on the top menu bar. Select "Bethany Lutheran School."
3. Scroll down and watch the short instructional video for help with understanding the ordering process.
4. Place your order by clicking on the days you want to order lunch. For example, select Wednesday, August 19. Then select the lunch option and add to cart.
5. You will be prompted to select a delivery location. Type in Bethany Lutheran School and select Bethany Lutheran School 1550 Modaff Rd.
6. Do not worry about selecting an appropriate delivery date and time. The program developer stated this delivery date is necessary for the system, but it does not impact your lunch delivery. Lunches we be delivered daily to Bethany according to the lunch schedule. It is ok for your delivery date to be random/different than the school days. Simply click "Continue."
7. Complete you order by clicking "View Cart" and after checking your order, select "Check Out"
8. Enter your student's name and grade when prompted. Enter your payment information and then make sure to update your billing address. This information can be saved for your next order! If you have multiple students, you can place another order and enter that new student's name at checkout.
9. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email and confirmation text.
