To learn about Veterans Day, Mr. Schafer, Greta’s dad, came in to our classroom for a presentation. As a Navy vet, he covered the branches of the military and told us about his time in the Navy, including his training, what life is like on a submarine, and where he went on his tours. We are so grateful for all our service men and women, and appreciated getting a firsthand account of life in the service! Thank you Veterans!
