Making attribute trains in Math- each shape has 3 attributes: color, shape, and size. Groups had to work to add a shape on that had 2 attributes the same and 1 different, as the shape before it. Everyone started with the big, yellow, rectangle. Can you follow the train and name which attribute changed for each shape?
Making a consensus board in Reading- while watching a read aloud video, students recorded details about the saguaro cactus. Students then got together into groups, shared their details, then had to work together as a group to come to a consensus on a main idea sentence for the book.

Meal planning Performance Assessment: Students worked in a group to each take a meal for the day and plan a healthy meal based on the MyPlate. They looked through grocery ads for pictures, then had to add it to the appropriate food group.
