designed and built paper bridges to see how many pennies it could hold. Our winner had over 100!
did a probability experiment in Math.
designed an experiment to test for an object’s friction to see what material would help us get down a slide the fastest.
ate lunch in the gym when the Principals for the Day ruled that you could eat in either the gym, lunchroom, or classroom!
practiced identifying contractions, possessive nouns, and possessive pronouns with a Scoot game.
made Cheerio arrays in Math to practice writing repeated addition and the related multiplication facts to label the array.
played Phonics review games.
watched the 3rd grade share their “Great Kapok Tree” reader’s theater.
enjoyed a birthday treat outside.
