Hello, I'm an 8th grader at Bethany currently. I first came to Bethany in 6th grade in 2021. The school was very welcoming and after about a month I had really good friends. Everyone at Bethany is so inclusive and the small environment causes pretty much everyone in the class to be friends. In 7th grade I ended up deciding to go back to public school because I wanted to try public middle school and I missed some of the other kids at public school. Around halfway through my 7th grade year, I realized that I missed Bethany and liked it way better than public school. Everyone at Bethany is way closer and I just loved the environment there and how just everyone gets along. In public I barely even knew half of the kids in my own grade, when I was at Bethany I knew every kid in my grade and even some kids from younger grades I was friends with. So in 8th grade I came back to Bethany which was one of the best decisions ever. When I came back it was like I never left! I am friends with so many different people and everyone just hangs out with each other for the most part. Bethany is so inclusive; some of my best friends aren’t even in the same grade as me, showing that the school even includes other grades with each other. Bethany also teaches a lot better than public schools in my opinion because they actually work with you, and since there’s less kids teachers can help you more 1 on 1 and can explain things more understandably. I am forever grateful for Bethany and I wouldn’t be where I am today without Bethany Lutheran School.
